Trees "Pruned" Not Cut, Ministry Says

Responding to residents’ calls that the Landshaft store pn Yerevan’s Charents Street, an inspection team from the Ministry of Nature Protection went to the scene and discovered that the 3 tress had been “heavily pruned” without a permit.

The inspection team says that as a result the overall decoartive effect of the trees has been ruined.

According to the Ministry, if the trees wither and die, those responsible will be fined.
