In order to further facilitate the development of efficient and quality grape growing and winemaking in Armenia, the government plans to create a fund that will cooperate with the private sector.

The foundation’s aim is to build on the successes already registered in the two above sectors in order that Armenia produced wines become more competitive on the world market.

The government believes that such potential exists for the making of quality Armenia wines for both the domestic and foreign markets.
