This stone structure being built in theCircleParkis completely illegal. The Mayors Office has issued a general prohibition against building stone structures in public parks. According to the design approved by the city’s architecture department, a 40 square-meter café made of light construction materials was supposed to be built here. But the owner of the café, former chief of police of the Erebuni district Levon Yazchyan, considers himself above the law. The construction work continues, and no one can predict what will eventually stand in this section of the public park.
