22-yeaqr-old Hakob Tovmasyan travelled to Armenia from his home in Russia to serve as an election observer.
A lawyer by profession, Tovmasyan is serving as an observer at the 7/9 polling station in Yerevan’s Malatia-Sebastia district.
Tovmasyan says voting at the polling station has thus been without incident, except for the occasional large crowds that arrive to vote.
Tovmasyan assumes that voters are being ferried in.
