Today, for the fourth day in a row, Armenia’s National Assembly failed to convene a quorum.

Only 14 MPs were present when the roll call was made. 116 were absent.

Given that it was the last sitting of the four-day session, deputy speaker Hermineh Naghdalyan suggested that a group photo be taken.

The MPs welcomed the suggestion.
