Artsakh Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan announced today that 91 families of fallen war combatants will be granted new apartments through a lottery that will take place in the next few days.

The apartments will range from one to three rooms in new buildings in the Artsakh neighbourhood of Stepanakert.

PM Harutyunyan said that the program to upgrade the residential conditions of fallen soldiers had thus come to a close.
