Effective January 1 2012, Deno Gold Mining Company will be restructuring the salaries of its employees, based on studies conducted in the Armenian and international markets.

Salary increases will take effect as of the above date, and all increases to salaries will be reflected with the first pay of 2012.

Furthermore, Deno Gold Mining Company is pleased to announce a 55,000 AMD Christmas and New Year’s bonus to all its employees, payable prior to the holiday break.

Finally, Deno Gold further announces that all of its current employees will receive 1 month’s additional salary in lieu of retroactive pay increases dating back to July 1, 2011. All current employees, regardless of their approved percentage pay increase, will receive the above mentioned one months’ salary as an indication of DGMC’s commitment to its employees and their families.
