Kuwait Appoints 1st Ambassador to Armenia
Kuwait’s first Ambassador to Armenia, Bassam Muhammad Alqabandi, presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan today.
President Sargsyan congratulated the Ambassador on assuming office and stressed that since independence Armenia has placed great importance on the development of relations with the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf.
Bassam Muhammad Alqabandi noted that as the first Ambassador of Kuwait, he has been instructed by his country to contribute to the development of relations with Armenia in all spheres.
