The Armenian Ministry of Justice has launched e-hotline.am and e-request.am websites.

E-hotline.am is the hotline service of the Ministry, operating every working day from 9:00 to 18:00. Calls received after the end of the working day will be recorded and reviewed by an operator.

Citizens can write an email through the hotline webpage, and also contact a service employee via web call. The reception section of the website allows citizens to register for a meeting with the Deputy Ministers of Justice.

Through erequest.am website, citizens can submit an application, complaint, or recommendation online, addressed to any state body. The launch of these platforms is conditioned by the recent changes in the Freedom of Information Act.
