
Kindergarten and Shelter to be Built in Baghanis Border Village
The Armenian government today decided to allocate a one-third hectare piece of land worth 31.8 million drams to the community of Noyemberyan for the construction of a kindergarten and a shelter in the village of Baghanis.
Noyemberyan, in Armenia’s northeastern Tavoush Province, is located near the Armenian border with Azerbaijan.
The project will be carried out by the Paros Foundation and the Armenian Red Cross. The latter will build a new shelter, and the kindergarten will be built by the Paros Foundation. The construction budget for the shelter is 6 million drams, and the kindergarten - 41 million drams.
