Azerbaijan Fires on Civilian Truck, Says Armenian Defense Ministry

Armenian Ministry of Defense Press Secretary Artzrun Hovhannisyan says that the Azerbaijani military opened fire on a civilian truck today near Baghanis, a community in Tavoush Province.

Hovhannisyan posted the news on his Facebook page, but made no mention as to casualties.
