Yerevan Mayor Extends Winter Vacation at 20 Unheated Schools

Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan has extended winter holidays till January 20 for 3rd to 12th grade students in twenty schools due to the lack of central heating. First and second graders will return to classes on February 3.

In schools with heating, Mayor Margaryan has declared that classes for first and second graders will resume on January 23. Other students returned to class today.
