On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the First Armenia Republic, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian today visited soldiers receiving medical treatment at the Defenders of the Fatherland Rehabilitation Center in Yerevan and thanked them for their service to the nation.

Sarkissian said the soldiers’ smooth reintegration into society was vital and that they must be granted certain employment privileges.
