Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has appointed Zaruhi Batoyan Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.

Elected to the Yerevan Municipal Council in 2017 on the Yelk Alliance ticket, Batoyan is a longtime advocate for the rights of people with disabilities.
