Orange Armenia Signs Memo with “Enterprise Incubator” Foundation

Today “Enterprise Incubator” Foundation and Orange Armenia signed a memorandum of collaboration in the conference hall of the RA Ministry of Economy, which aimed at collaboration in the frames of “Computer for all” project.

In the scope of this collaboration Orange will carry out sale of the computers at 0% prepayment and with 2 years of redemption period through its distribution network, which covers all the regions of the Republic.

Bruno Duthoit, Orange Armenia CEO, said: “From the very first day of the launch of our services in Armenia, we have set ourselves a goal to make broadband internet accessible to all, regardless of income and geographical location. We have been following this aim when implementing our company policy in the internet market. Now we are proud to join this project, initiated by “Enterprise Incubator” Foundation and the RA Government, which also aims to popularize use of the information technologies. I believe that by joining it with the possibilities provided by our extended sales network will enable to help building the information society”.

“Computer for all” project aims at developing the domain of information and telecommunication technologies in the Republic of Armenia, notably, making computers accessible to the larger groups of the society, ensuring internet accessibility and increasing the volumes of usage of electronic content.

“Computer for all” project is implemented by “Enterprise Incubator” Foundation by the support of the RA Government, the RA Ministry of Economy, the World Bank and the Central Bank.
