
Parliament Reviews Candidacy of Arman Dailanyan for Constitutional Court Judge
Armenia’s parliament is today reviewing the candidacy of Arman Dilanyan for the post of Constitutional Court judge.
MPs will vote in a secret ballot tomorrow and Dilanyan must win one-third of the ballots for approval.
Dilanyan, from 2006-2013, was Chair of the Department of International and European Law at the Slavonic University in Yerevan and was appointed an Administrative Court judge in 2013 by presidential decree. He’s been teaching at the School for Lawyers since 2015.
