Armenian Defense Minister Working to Release Two Armenians Held in Azerbaijan

Armenian Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan told reporters today that he is working with the International Red Cross to facilitate the release two Armenians being held in Azerbaijan.

The two are Karen Ghazaryan (a citizen of Armenia) and Zaven Karapetyan (a citizen of Artsakh).
