Noragyugh - a district in Yerevan, inching the skirts of the city center, lives its own life unconnected with urbanity, disobeying the rhythm of city life, pulsing in its absurdity, indifference, disgrace and self amusement. A collection of different people from elsewhere live there for decades of years having their separate life from the city, being as criminal as they can be, as warmhearted and hospitable at the other end, but going round in the same circle of life and area being from nowhere. Noragyugh will be pulled down in three years and an elite-business area of high going buildings of “Yerevan City” will stand there, destroying the colored strangeness of the area. People are promised to receive compensation for their houses from the government, but they don’t really believe that.
