Most of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) MPs were absent. 17 HHK MPs did vote in favor of the bill. The two MPs voting against were Armen Ashotyan and Arpineh Hovhannisyan. All MPs from Pashinyan's Yelk Alliance (9MPs) and Tsarukyan faction (31 MPs) voted in favor of the bill. Five of the seven ARF MPs also voted in favor, the other two were absent.
