Armenian Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan has discharged four mid-level army officers and reprimanded several others for negligence that led to the November 7 truck accident that killed four soldiers and injured eight.

Artzruni Hovhannisyan, a spokesman for the Armenian Ministry of Defense, reported the news in a Facebook post.
