Armenian Soldier Dies in Syunik Snowdrift

One of the five Armenian soldiers buried under a snowdrift yesterday at their Syunik military outpost has died.

Rescue teams dispatched to the area today found the body of Sargent Hayk Karamyan (born 1995).

The other four soldiers are in satisfactory condition according to an Armenian Ministry of Defense press release.
