Almost all notaries, cadastres, head of villages and towns and state organs in Armenia are more or leas corrupt. One can hardly trust the police... Most Diaspora Armenians being forced to pay bribes and much high price for almost everything and every service in the country. Even the cafes and taxi drivers use to cheat there gusts (one has to control again and again the bill argue with taxi drivers- the situation with taxis is far worse around the airport , e.g. demanding 5000 to 10000 dram instead of 2000 to 3000 dram for a ride to city centre ) … unfortunately, making even a small investment for a Diaspora Armenian is almost equal to bankruptcy!
