The ARF plans to hold its 33rd World Congress in Stepanakert, Artsakh, from January 16-24.

The party, which failed to reach the 5% vote threshold in the December 9, 2018 parliamentary election, will review its operations over the past four years and draft an agenda for the future, this according to an ARF press release.
