On May 7, 2012, Vardges Gaspari made a report in the Central Division of the Police informing that on May 6, 2012, he was Levon Zurabyan’s proxy in the precincts 9/15 and 9/16 (Aregnazan school). Some people acted like hooligans and gathered in the precincts hindering the implementation of his activities as a proxy.
The interlocutors underscored the essential importance of free and fair elections as well as the future participation of the youth and all of civil society in securing that democratic promise.
