Today, the Security Chief of the Akhtala Enrichment Combine and two other men are reported to have fired gunshots in the direction of the apartment owned by Karen Khachikyan, brother of the Akhtala mayor.

According to the Anadolu news agency, Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan will travel to Baku on September 11-12 to attend a meeting of the Azerbaijani-Turkish Strategic Cooperation Council. Erdogan is also scheduled to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and other officials.
