Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan yesterday hosted poet and prominent Soviet-era dissident Meruzhan.
The police later reported that the twenty protestors taken into custody had been armed with clubs and set off home-made fireworks when authorities instructed them not to disturb the public order.
Air Armenia, which started to serve the Yerevan-Moscow route on October 27, has added a second plane to its fleet.
