Armen Sargsyan has been selected to replace Arsen Shoyan as Armenia’s ambassador to Bulgaria.
Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan today met with Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office in Stepanakert.
While such actions are to be commended, the municipality should focus more on tightening standards for new construction in Yerevan and the issuance of building permits without proper oversight or public hearings.
“I don’t need to see the route, I feel it by my feet,” says Armen Kazaryan adamantly, as he swiftly navigates the lush terrain of Southern Armenia for an afternoon hike. Armen is probably the only blind hiking tour guide in the world. Or at the very least, the only one in Armenia.
“The proposal that lists of those who have voted be published is quite controversial, since it contains both positive and negative elements,” Avetisyan told Hetq.
Sahakyan, recently treated for light-headedness, will undergo a medical examination while on vacation.
On March 13, Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian participated in the Foreign Ministers' Meeting of the European People's Party in Vienna, initiated by Foreign Minister of Austria Sebastian Kurz.
