According to Armenia’s Ministry of the Economy, up to 30,000 Iranians have visited Armenia in certain years to celebrate Nowruz, the Iranian New Year.
The signatories argue that the additions must be made in order to minimize reoccurring electoral violations that have marred successive elections in the country, most notably the recent constitutional referendum.
Last night Azerbaijani forces fired more than 1,100 rounds of small arms fire across the Line of Contact, this according to the Artsakh Defense Army.
