“Oh, you’re looking for the rats’ nest,” a local kid replied when we asked for directions. He pointed to a building nearby. “But be careful. It’s full of rats in there.”
The Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports that the situation on the ground along the Line of Contact remained basically unchanged last night even though Azerbaijan continues to violate the cessation of hostilities agreement, firing a variety of small arms, mortars, and anti-tank grenades.
