The Mountainous Republic of Karabakh’s (MKR) Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that the municipality of Donostia-San Sebastián, the capital city of the Gipuzkoa province of the Basque Autonomous Community in Spain, adopted the following resolution regarding Karabakh.
