Six employees, mostly journalists, at the GALA TV station in the Armenian town of Gyumri have formed a political party – The Likeminded Alliance of Liberals GALA.
The NKR Ministry of Defense reports that Line of Contact remained “relatively calm” last night, with the exception of Azerbaijani rifle and machine gun fire in the southern and northeastern regions.
