Sargsyan, according to the presidential website, told Rahmon that Armenia wishes to deepen friendly ties with his country, noting that the current level of relations does not correspond to the high level of political relations between the two countries or their level of friendship.
“What am I talking about? A mother and her daughter are working at the same school. I don’t rule out that such a situation can exist, but we must differentiate whether this is based on objective rather than subjective factors,” Karapetyan said.
