Artsakh Ministry of Defense issued a statement saying that in order to suppress the enemy's aggressive activity, the frontline units of the Artsakh Defense Army had to take action at 20:31-20:40, July 4, causing damage to the positions located near the village of Alkhanlu, Azerbaijan. According to reliable data provided to the Artsakh Defense Army, Azerbaijan has suffered losses.
The three dissenting votes were cast by the opposition Yelk Alliance.
The parliament will debate the proposal today which has been introduced in the form of a bill to amend the existing law on Sevan’s eco-system.
