Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is scheduled to meet with his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts, Ara Ayvazyan and Jeyhun Bayramov in Moscow on the sidelines of the April 2 session of the CIS foreign ministers.
The court dropped charges against several other people involved, as the statute of limitation had expired.
