Armenian and Azerbaijani forces exchanged intense gunfire today along the eastern section of the border after Azerbaijani troops attempted to secure a positional advance, this according to the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
Voters in the communities of Kapan (Syunik), Ijevan (Tavush) and Stepanavan Lori) go to the polls today to elect their municipal councils.
