Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov today accused the West of trying to exclude Russia from the OSCE Minsk Group, labelling the attempts as “irresponsible”.
The message follows this week’s meeting of the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Brussels, mediated by the President of the Council of Europe Charles Michel.
