Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has recalled the five-point peace proposal it recently submitted to Armenia, this according to a statement today released by Aliyev office.
The Armenian Bar Association seems to imply that it has only recently been made aware of the financial “malfeasance” surrounding this story even though the claims and counterclaims of who did what were public record for years.
