Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan reiterated Armenia’s willingness to “turn the page of enmity” regarding neighboring Azerbaijan and to establish institutionalized peace in the region.
The two, according to Mirzoyan’s office, also discussed the unblocking of regional economic and transport links in the South Caucasus based upon international law.
