The mayors of Yerevan and Marseille (Tigran Avinyan, Benoît Payan) met today in the Armenian capital and signed a declaration on the establishment of fraternal ties.

The parties also discussed issues related to the development of measures planned for 2025-2027 under the Resilience and Growth Plan announced in Brussels in 2024.
