Ex-Armenian President Levon Ter-Petrosyan has publicly called on PM Nikol Pashinyan to immediately release two detained Armenian Apostolic Church archbishops - Bagrat Galstyan and Mikayel Ajapahyan.
Government delegations from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will attend the two-day international conference, to be held in the Altai Republic.
The court found that Vardanyan, who has consistently argued that the trial violates all international legal norms, did not present evidence to substantiate his claims.
