The decision was clinched in a joint statement and described as the start of a new phase in cooperation between the two Eurasian partners.
Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, today in Astana, awarded Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan with the country’s top state award, the Order of the Golden Eagle, for his “far-sighted leadership” and “strategic vision”.
