The victorious uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt bring honor to the peoples of these countries and inspire respect all the way to Armenia and beyond. A couple of despots are in forced retirement now, and Tunisians and Egyptians have a right to expect marginally greater accountability from the people who claim to represent them.
