I think Ruben Vardanyan is confusing wants with needs! The fact is that it does not matter what the 40,000 or so Armenian residents of Karabakh want, the fact is they are living in what is recognised as part of Azerbaijan and if they want to stay living there then they must become Azerbaijan citizens. They do not have a choice. They could fight of course but that would be suicide so their options are face reality or leave!

I vote Ruben to be next Armenia Prime Minister. At least Ruben has guts.
