Armenia's Simon Martirosyan Again Crowned European Champion

Armenia’s Simon Martirosyan was today crowned European Champion at the European Weightlifting Federation’s Championship in Batumi, Georgia.

The 22-year-old won the title in the 109kg division with a 427kg clean and jerk results.

Martirosyan first won the title of European Champion in 2017.

He won gold at the 2018 World Championship.
