Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is scheduled to soon address the nation on the ongoing fighting along the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border, this according to National Assembly Vice Speaker Alen Simonyan.

Simonyan told reporters today in Yerevan that Pashinyan has recently meet with representatives of non-parliamentary political organizations and ambassadors accredited to Armenia.

"It has been decided that even in this case we will be as open as possible with the public, because trust and mutual connection are very important in a war situation," Simonyan said, adding that those who spread what he labelled “false news” will be identified and prosecuted.
