Artsakh Defense Army Neutralizes Azerbaijani Smerch Rocket Installations

The Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports that it has “silenced” Smerch rocket installations deep inside Azerbaijan that had targeted Stepanakert and Shushi earlier today.

The ministry, in a statement, calls on Baku to adhere to the humanitarian ceasefire or else face an immediate adequate response.
