Russian Peacekeeprs Build Barracks in Artsakh's Berdashen Village

Russian Defense Ministry specialists have opened a modular barracks in the village of Berdashen, in Arsakh’s Martuni region.

A Russian Defense Ministry press release refers to Berdashen as Karakend, the village’s Azerbaijani name.

The new modular barracks can house sixty Russian peacekeepers.

Earlier, the specialists of the logistics department of the Russian Ministry of Defense built similar modular units in Stepanakert and the Martakert village of Getavan, Martakert region.
