Armenian Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan told reporters today that one Armenian serviceman is on trial for treason during last year’s Karabakh war.

Davtyan did not specify the serviceman’s military rank nor case details.

The official said he is closely cooperating with his Russian counterpart to amend the list of Armenian captives held in Azerbaijan.

“The main portion of our daily work is focused on the return of prisoners,” Davtyan told reporters who caught up with him at the National Assembly.
