The entire complex is expected to cost some US$120.6 million. The company will invest $35.5 million of its own money.
The bill was introduced by Heritage Party MPs Zaruhie Postanjyan and Hrant Bagratyan and was presented to the government cabinet session by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan.
The ministry reports that Artsakh Defense Army mostly refrained from responding and took steps to strengthen its defenses along the Line of Contact.
As Lieutenant Mkrtchyan congratulates the soldiers, in turn, he jokes, “If I had known that I could have made lieutenant like this, I would have never attended the Vazgen Sargsyan military institute.”
