Sargsyan’s press office says that the two will attend the opening of the Armenian Cultural Days in Russia exhibit at the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.
“My aim was to start negotiations between Sasna Dzrer and the regime to avoid fratricide,” Ghukasyan said, adding that the government was responsible for the mayhem that occurred in the Sari Tagh neighborhood on Yerevan.
The bill, which has already been approved in committee, is now being debated before the full parliament. Hundreds of university students across Yerevan have taken to the street in protest.
Davit Petrosyan, who heads the For the Development of Science movement, which has spearheaded recent demonstrations in the Armenian capital, is one of the hunger strikers.
In May 2017, the Armenian government invited Arman Arton, the president of Arton Capital (registered in Hungary) and other company representatives to Armenia.
